Assess
We begin with your capital, horizon, liquidity requirements and jurisdiction, and confirm the structure is appropriate before anything is opened.
Structure
Paired positions of equal size on opposite sides of the same instrument, placed with two independent, regulated counterparties.
Execute
You open and fund the accounts directly. We specify each position and its sizing, and coordinate with both counterparties on your behalf.
Oversee
Continuous monitoring, re-establishment of the structure when a position closes, and clear periodic reporting.
Two positions. One neutral book.
Equal and opposite positions held with independent counterparties offset one another as the market moves. The book stays neutral whichever way price goes.
Direction cancels. The structure remains.
Because each position is mirrored, gains on one side are matched by the other and the portfolio is not exposed to market direction. The economics of the structure itself — how it is placed, maintained and re-established — are specific to each client’s mandate and are set out in full during consultation.
